Ms. Ramirez earned a bachelor's degree in finance from California State University, Northridge. Although proficient in matters of finance, her passion, since childhood, has been giving back to her community. Prior to her current role, Ms. Ramirez spent four years serving individuals with developmental disabilities as a service coordinator and subsequently as a regional manager overseeing a team of service coordinators at Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center. Before her tenure at Lanterman, she spent ten years at Children’s Institute Inc., working with young families supporting them in obtaining their objectives through strength-based goal setting, resource procurement, and education/training. Ms. Ramirez has a long and successful history of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, service providers, and other community partners.
